1. Customized Products
For customized products, customers are responsible for providing the correct photographs, names, dates, text, and other customization details.
Please ensure that the photographs provided are clear and of suitable quality. Kruja Creations is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution or unclear photographs supplied by the customer.
Once production has started, customization changes may not be possible.
2. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed after the required order details and payment, where applicable, have been received.
Kruja Creations may contact the customer to verify order details before processing the order.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise stated.
Prices, offers, and discounts may change from time to time. The applicable price at the time of order confirmation will generally apply to that order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, operational issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.
5. Return Policy — No Returns
Kruja Creations does not accept returns.
Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund, change of mind, personal preference, or any other reason.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchange is available only if the product is received damaged or defective.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process a damage/defect exchange claim, customers may be required to provide:

Order details
After reviewing the claim, if the damage or defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, Kruja Creations will arrange an exchange/replacement of the affected product.
No cash refund will be provided for damaged or defective products. Only exchange/replacement will be offered.
7. Conditions for Exchange
Exchange will not be provided for:

Minor color differences caused by screen or printing variations

Damage caused by the customer after delivery

8. Delivery & RTO
Customers are requested to accept their orders and remain available for delivery.
If an order is returned to origin (RTO) because of customer refusal, incorrect address, customer unavailability, failure to respond to courier calls, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Kruja Creations may restrict COD availability for customers with repeated RTO or refused-delivery history.
9. Product Variation
Since our products may be individually produced and customized, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance may occur.
Such minor variations will not be considered defects.
10. Customer-Provided Content
Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to use any photographs, artwork, logos, or other materials submitted to Kruja Creations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
11. Intellectual Property
All original designs, graphics, branding, logos, product descriptions, website content, and other creative materials created by Kruja Creations remain the property of Kruja Creations unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without prior permission.
12. Customer Privacy
Customer information such as name, address, phone number, photographs, and order details may be used for order processing, customization, delivery, customer support, and other legitimate business purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect customer information.
13. Promotional Offers
Discounts, coupons, and promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions.
Kruja Creations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
14. Changes to These Terms
Kruja Creations reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version published on our website will apply to future orders.
